Very badly run admin. Constant mistake emails, system faults, rude calls
Terrible company, threatened to take me to court for “unpaid rent” which was paid a month prior to which they just said oops our bad. I have had housemates that received their deposits back in June and I am still waiting for mine. They also did a showing without a single person in the house being made aware. I also have a friend that is living in a cockroach filled house from clever. Think that’s everything I can remember.
Alice is an amazing person, she has helped alot in viewing the houses.
