Kristeen is the best driver in Cleveland, bar none. Her cars are immaculate, she's always early for pick ups (this from a year of 2 trips / week), and she'll show up with your beverage of choice (e.g., coffee, soda, water) every time. She's thoughtful, considerate, equally good at chatting when you're chatty and being quiet when you aren't so chatty - there really aren't enough good things I could say about her.
