Kristeen was so amazing to work with during my search for reliable/safe transportation to and from CLE to the Cleveland clinic and hotel on campus! We had a reservation for dinner at Greenhouse Tavern for six people. We were celebrating my husbands birthday with dinner and a concert. When Melisa picked us up we were discussing the fact Greenhouse was closing and we were nervous about our dinner reservation. Well she was one step ahead of us.
