RecommendedI have never been a patient at this hospital. However, Union has nursing career exploration days for high schoolers. I've went to the tour and today I went to the lab at kent tusc. I've learned so much from going. During the tour we got to see different departments and learn what their role is at the hospital. At the lab we got to do hands on work. I would definitely recommend this to any high schoolers interested in nursing.
Know someone that was admitted, test ran was giving clean bill health had heart attack after had have triple bypass. Wouldn’t send anyone there or trinity either unless dealing with a cold

Have not always been a huge backer of Union especially certain ER doctors... BUT Tuesday Oct.23 changed my mind... Huge THANK YOU to Dr Voll and the entire nursing staff and others in the ER,Dr Smith the surgeon that saved my sons life and to the surgical staff. Without their compassion, understanding, and willingness to fix the fault of another Dr. we would be having a funeral instead of him recovering at home..
My daughter had to sit with a broken arm in the waiting room for three hours 🤬 all the while junkies ODing coming in being brought right back to get there f***ing narcan. This place is a joke. Go to Aultman!
Wife went in for a gallbladder problem and was in a lot of pain.When she first went in the ER doctor was so rude he kept rolling his eyes and he kept pushing on her liver she’s howling in pain and asked “does it hurt” and keeps doing it and once they put her on pain meds he said “well that will make anyone feel better “ all condescending and messed up her iv in her right arm like three times
Why was my family not notified when my great grandfather fell while inpatient? That’s ridiculous. If he would have been seriously hurt (struck his head or else), and was found to be severely injured later, you’d have a LOT of explaining to do.
Nurses are great! Doctors are rude disrespectful and careless. You don’t treat people equal. I believe someone else needs to take over or shut you down.
