They were very helpful and on top of it in the ER when my husband needed staples after hitting his head. Clean facility and helpful team. Edit: their billing team never ran our insurance, so had to follow up to get that fixed. Still a great medical team, but watch out they do your billing correctly. To be fair I am out of state and only visited due an emergency while on a trip for a wedding, so out of state might have complicated things.
If you are suicidal DO NOT GO HERE the nurses are very mean and will laugh at you and hurt you. At least that was my experience
My dad is laying there hungry. Went all day without food and all they offered him was a cold sandwich. Said you will have your results from MRI in 2 hours....nope! Now have to wait til morning! Joke!!!!!
These people take there good old time here. Supposed to be an emergency room but yet we must be here for 5+ hours to figure anything out. They just pump you full of medicine and sit around and gossip in there groups till they finnaly wanna decide to tell you the results of anything. They do not value your time or your care. I wish I could give negative stars
Absolutely horrible! Think im passing kidney stones, sat in the waiting room for 4hrs! Unable to see a doctor. Was able to get some testing done 3 seperate times then sent back to the waiting room in pain and miserable. After 4hrs and noone could tell me when they could even get me to see a doctor I decided to leave. One gentleman (receptionist) said his supervisor was calling him asking why he had someone out there waiting for 4hrs (referring to me).
