This place is a joke! Half of them don't know what they're doing the other half are unfriendly and just don't care only for a paycheck. It's a band aid station.They sure do give Cleveland clinic a bad reputation..

Wife possibly has a UTI and got checked in at 6 o’clock and we left at 9 o’clock because they wanted to try to poke her make her get a room even though all she was there for is to see if she had a UTI. How hard is it to see if a person has a UTI and get them their results and send them on their way and you can’t tell us they don’t have a room when there was like 12 people that already walked out from 6 o’clock to 9 o’clock sorry, but make that make sense

The worst hospital experience I have ever had.they would let you die before they help you. Wasnt checked in on in over 2 hours in my room and it’s obviously because I don’t have insurance and they want money everyone else the past 5 hours has gotten way better treatment/attention than me which is sad for me having a literal stroke….
