Union physician services has been unhelpful at this time and is difficult to work with to care for my elderly mother This national crisis has outline how important primary care services and health access is- something that UPS is severely lacking. Shame on me for not seeking better primary physician care sooner for my family

The staff is very caring and up beat . If they can help they will and if they can’t, they find someone that can help. I was a patient less 48 hours and they were kind and patient with me.
i took my husband in their for having seziuer. we went by squad and got stuck out in waiting room. we were sitting their and my husband went into a bad grandma seziuer. my mother in law hollerd for nurses. no one came till she really yelled. then all the nurses watched him fall out of wheel chair and crack his head off the floor. i will not go back to this hospital. The E.R. department sucks. They aught to feel lucky that i dont sue them.
my nurse practitioner walked out on me right as she was starting her exam. came back in when it was time to discharge to tell me I'm absolutely fine. way to go. I waited over 2 hours for her to come back. she did order a xray blood work for the basic. and gave me some maalox and said I was fine after that. even the nurse clamped my central line in a " do not clamp area". it clearly says " clamp here"
We had a wonderful experience at the ER today. Everyone who cared for my dad, especially Dr Current was fantastic. Thank you!
Cleveland Clinic administrators need to spend some time monitoring and assessing the ER staff.
