Thier er doctors need to go back to school. For the exception of Dr. Johnson. He is the only Doctor that gets to the bottom of why ur there. The other Doctors n Nurse practitioner are there for the money n dont give to shits about y ur there. I'm sorry ur er sucks ur out for the money not the patient.
Been a very trying month with two back to back surgeries and some new health issues but things are getting better. I have to say a huge thank you to Dr Kehl and Union Hospital staff for everything.
RecommendedWe had multiple interactions with this hospital over the years and can not say enough good things about them. We have had especially great care in the ER and ICU. So very grateful to have this hospital in our community ❤️
I would not recommend anything at this hospital other than same day surgery unit the staff in that unit were amazing. My husband had a procedure the was supposed to be in and out. He had some breathing complications and was admitted to the step down unit. For the most part the staff wasn't bad except there were not enough of them. I'm truly disappointed in Union Hospital/ Cleveland Clinic. They have made All of there vending machines diet. You take the people's choice away from what they want to drink because you believe it is better for them. I hope and pray I will never need your service ever, do to the fact it isn't your choice to made. You staff is rude and very unprofessional. I will never recommend this hospital.
Brought a 6 year old in with some kind of extreme hives. Throat swelling. Been sitting in the waiting room for 3 & 1/2 hours and are being told it will be at least 2 more? Are you kidding? Are there drs here at all? There are 5 other ppl in the waiting room been here just as long. It will be 4:30 in the morning before we even get in a room? Worst medical care ever. Update: finally left after 6 hours waiting for a prescription for prednisone. Rude staff.

the people are rude, nurses are mean!! food tastes like somebody dumped water on it after it was cooked no flavor whatsoever! good luck getting to see a doctor in a timely manner. TRULY this place really does suck!
