Excellent all round.Sent an E consult yesterday,phone call from a very pleasant receptionist within 3 hours offering an appointment today.The doctor very thorough and caring,and also very pleasant .No complaints at all,brilliant service!!

Phoned as is customary on Monday morning after the "weekend rush" to simply speak to a doctor regarding prescribed medication which according to the data provided should not be taken with existing health issues I have currently. What has happened to the caring, compassionate and understanding doctors that we used to have? Unity healthcare have decided to stop prescribing a medication which has been life changing for me. Never in my life have I encountered a GP who is so cold, lacking in compassion and bad mannered enough to hang up the phone whilst I was mid conversation.
