I couldn’t have had a better experience. I had an initial phone call to discuss my case and was taken on no win no fee. Everything was done in a timely manner and my case was passed to Gabrielle, who I cannot thank enough. She took the time to explain everything I didn’t understand and offered excellent advice, always being patient and kind. A really wonderful experience from this company. Initially Tom Clements personally called me and was very honest and clear about my situation and the way forward. Gabrielle then looked after me for the rest of my case and she was simply fantastic. Very helpful, professional and friendly. She always replied promptly and clearly. She was clearly leaps and bounds ahead of the other party's solicitor when it came to a conference call with the judge. Highly recommended and thank you to you all for helping me with this case.
