Hands down the least professional and unhelpful estate agents we’ve ever dealt with. Rude staff that never believe a word you tell them and act as if asking them to do their job is disrespectful. Currently talking with our landlord about securing different estate agent to manage the property.
I had the chance to work with an amazing team (kudos to Josh) which sorted my accommodation in no time without a hassle. I'm highlighting excellent communication and flexibility to help with small issues such as moving to new energy supplier or getting in touch with water supplier.
