This is what a local bike shop is meant to be. Today I was cycling by and stopped as it was pouring rain and I had a strange noise from my rear wheel. The issue was diagnosed in moments, and fixed quickly. To make this even better, I was charged a very fair price. All in all it was a very good experience. If I lived near here, I would go back regularly. Support this sort of bike shop. Don't go and buy things on line.
