Recently called in while doing LEJOG. I had a 'clicking' noise which I thought was a loose rear cassette. Andy gave my bike the once over, a few tweeks and I was on my way. Friendly and helpful. I would recommend this shop.
Lost a front derailleur bolt on my wife's bike while touring to John O'Groats. Showed up first thing in the morning and while the owner was two weeks booked and swamped with people coming in with their bikes he fixed the problem. It really saved our bacon. There are not a lot of bike shops around when you're touring and you need one. This is a great shop with anything and everything you could possibly need. I was very impressed with it all and would be a customer if I lived here. Thanks again!!
Nice, well stocked bike shop. Out for a ride with my Dad and we stopped in as Dad needed a replacement innertube. Friendly knowledgeable staff and a great variety of brands and products. They also have their own brand of titanium frames and a selection of refurbished older steel bikes which I liked. Would visit again when I'm next in that part of Shropshire. Thank you
