Great service and inspection. Takes his time and looks at all facets of the house top to bottom. Very efficient and had the report later in the day (pdf). Easy to show and point out to your builder/seller defects or questionable items to repair before purchase. Very satisfied with my inspection at a reasonable cost. Well worth the investment for the piece of mind.

As a first-time homebuyer, I was pleased with the time that Mr. C***** spent inspecting the house that I was interested in buying. He brought up potential problems that needed to be addressed before the property changed hands--electrical, plumbing, structural, drainage and other assorted things.

Fantastic Service; I contacted Steven on a Wednesday and my inspection was completed on the Friday 2 days later, that may not be typical but it was great for me! His inspection was extremely through and his report that was provided via email was also very detailed and easy to understand. I showed up at the end of the inspection and Steven walked around the property with me showing me what he saw. It made my wife and I feel good about what we were looking at with the house. I would recommend his service to anyone in need.
