Steve was very thorough and took time to explain some details to us during inspection. We are first time buyer and we certainly feel more confident making the purchase afterwards. A detailed report was sent to us on the same day.
Steve was very thorough, and could tell he enjoys what he does. He walked me through many of the items he found, offering knowledge of why something may be an issue, and didn’t let small things slide. I appreciated all the information and insight allowing me to make informed decisions about a home I’m looking at buying. I feel much more confident after having his same-day report which is easy to understand, and includes marked-up photos to demonstrate exactly where an issue is.

My mother is planning on selling in a few years and decided to get a pre-inspection (if that’s what it’s called) to start checking off the list. I found Steve, called him, and he came out two days later. My mother recently became a widow, she, well we have little to no knowledge on taking care of the house but Steve did not seem to mind our continued questions and explained everything we needed. Steven was recommended to me by two separate family members who used him and I must admit, this man knows his stuff! Steven was very thorough, explained everything as he went along, and answered all of my (endless) questions. I ended up backing out of the first home Steven inspected for me and am looking forward to having him inspect whichever one I end up in! Simple put, we would not even consider buying a home that he didn't inspect. I cannot stress enough how comfortable we are working with Steven and with the feedback he provides. Steven is very thorough with his inspections. He takes more the double the normal amount of time to make sure he is covering all of the bases. I really appreciated him taking us around an direction pointing out everything he saw and giving us suggestions on how to proceed. I would recommend Steven for anyone who wants a true and honest report on their home inspection vs. someone who may “overlook” many issues. 5 stars all around!
