Very good to my 12y old daughter. She had a fully blocked ear and we knew both ears impacted with wax. Dr said at least a week of drops before trying to visit somewhere like this. That’s not the case as I called these guys and they said just a couple of days. Only place I know that does over 10s as well. The reception ladies and Charlotte were amazing. Chatted to her, explained how it works etc. got 2 huge balls of wax out, painless. Worth every penny and excellent service.
