My partner and I visited their showroom yesterday to get some laminated ply for a worktop and table. They could not have been more helpful. Their patience whilst we worked through various colour combinations, sizes, and fittings was amazing. They were also able to advise on various awnings that would and wouldn't fit our van. Cannot recommend them enough.

Poor service when returning my fridge. My alpicool fridge wasn’t operating in temperatures above 25 degrees even with correct ventilation. He said to me the fridge only operates between 10-20 degrees which is like 4 months of the year. Also the collection they arranged didn’t come on 2 of the days I had to wait at home and then they refused to give me a full refund.

What an absolute nightmare dealing with Clearcut Campervan Design Ltd. I’ve spent nearly £700 in just one week ordering from them via eBay and it’s been nothing but stress and disappointment. First order: Items were missing — the template to cut out the kitchen unit for the Smev wasn’t even in the box. Then I discovered the so-called upgraded tap advertised on their listing wasn’t included. A pleasure to deal with, Had a problem with a courier, eventually was returned to Clearcut. A replacement item was sent out next day and arrived. Thanks Krystal I will definitely be using them again.
