Estimate shipment time 7 days, it's 18 business days and counting now and shipment is still moving at snail pace. God knows when it's going to arrive, what an absolute nightmare. This is the 5th delay each time I had to call to get more info. This completely messed up our schedule and caused delays on our end. Just 100% unacceptable. There are certain carriers I will never touch and I just added these guys to the list. Don't be like me, I crossed my fingers hoping these guys wouldn't be horrible but they were.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only horrible delivery times, but customer service is just hateful. DO NOT USE CLEARLANE FREIGHT!

My advice, call ANYONE else to ship your item. They're communication is terrible and my item showed up over 7 days late with no notice

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. For some reason, our vendor has chosen them on two recent occasions; the first taking 3 weeks to deliver from Washington state to Columbus, OH (est time is 7 days). Now, it's been three weeks and the pallets aren't expected to leave Chicago until 11/20/19; that's 23 days from pickup. YRC use to deliver in 1 week (same pickup and delivery). Tried calling customer service, no luck reaching them. Email= slow response.

Yesterday I contacted Tom as I had mis rated the class on a bill of lading. It was a large crate. I brought this attention to the Clear Lane Customer Service person and she asked for an email with the request and would forward it to management. Well this morning, I heard back from Tom Nagel and he worked with me in a positive, mutually beneficial manner to resolve the issue. I am thankful to Tom and will continue to use Clear Lane Freight whenever I can. Ken

Our freight broker gave us three options for shipping our product to Florida, Clear Lane was one of them, we picked them on price alone I wish we would have read the reviews before we made the decision. The shipment had a seven day delivery window, its been two weeks and still has not been delivered to our customer. We have used other companies and none of them work this way!

Responsive customer service, creative routing to get the lowest cost, and a focused team approach gets results for me on a repeated basis. I work with them, and they work twice as hard for me. If I need a rush, I ship direct. If I don’t need a rush, I use Clearlane. They help me control my costs. Keep up the good work!
