DO NOT use Clear Lane Freight service, Cargoes picked up on Mar 11, 2021, has not delivered until Apr 1, 2021. Called their Customer Service, nobody answer for an hour. Very po00or service

Clear Lane picked up the frieght on February 23,20121 stating the goods would be delivered in 4 days. Well the goods were dellivered on March 16,2021. I understand things happen but there was NO ONE to answer any questions when we tried to get answers. They DO NOT have the skills to communicate. At this time I could not give this company a 1 star rating. It seems like they would be a negative star and that is with a BIG NEGATIVE. Shipment was picked up on 2/10/21 was supposed to be delivered on 2/16/21. Here we are 3/4/21 and shipment has not arrived yet. Sat on hold with them for an hour before hanging up. First time using this company and will never recommend or use them again. I would rate a zero if it would let me.

Would mark zero stars if that was an option. Supposed 5 day shipment from NJ to Miami, begging for answers from 3rd party logistics company and was told yesterday Clear Lane was making the appointment to deliver. Have now called Clear Lane customer service twice to only wait over an hour for no one to pick up the line. It has now been 2 weeks since making a payment and tracking online shows shipment made it to Miami yesterday and trailer has been unloaded but delivery has not been made and no appointment has been schedule... read more

Shipment 30046229 has been picked up since 01/29/2021, as they promised as 5 days transit to destination. Today is 02/22/2021, have not receive this shipment, call customer service several times as same as email customer service but no answer at all !!! What the hell wrong with Clear Lane Freight Systems .... !!! Lost our sale due to this bull shit company ... !!!

I booked a shipment through a 3rd party logistics with Clear Lane. It was picked up on 1/20/21 and as of today, 2/17/21 still has not been delivered. Their customer service has been contacted multiple times by myself, our salesman and the 3PL company only to receive no information of when to expect delivery to our customer. I wish there was a negative Star rating you could give this company. Obviously I'll never ship anything with them again and may not even consider a 3PL company that uses them. Pathetic!!!

Evidently this is a third party service, they really don't move anything. This is my first contact working with them. Been waiting more than a normal time for a delivery. No one answers the phone, emails agonizingly slow. No idea what's going on with my shipment. I can promise I won't use them in the future and hopefully my supplier will stop using them.

picked up on 11/19/2020 said 8-9 days and as of today 12/14/2020 still hasnt showed up been sitting at a dock 30 mins from me since the 8th and said they would have to charge me a dock rescue fee to come and pick it up worst company ever i would give them a -5 stars i could

Clear Lane promised us delivery in 7 days, then coudln't deliver inside 23 days because that area was not convenient to them. What part of the delivery address did they not understand when they quoted? It gets worse. We had to pay for another service to go the 60 miles to their terminal to pick up the pallet and deliver, and Clear Lane billed us an extra $40 for the 'trouble' of having a terminal pickup. These folks have no concept of fairness, accountability or responsibility.
