ClearLane is nothing short of a scam, a fake shipping company. They sell every shipment off to another provider, then are unable to provide tracking information. The only purpose of their customer service is to give people the run around, telling everyone that someone else is now shipping the item and they cant see it. Total scam, never use them. They advertise the lowest shipping price and then never deliver the item. SCAM SCAM SCAM

If only I could give zero stars. Customer service agents telling you they don't know when your stuff will arrive. "We do not give any guarantees for delivery" "We do not confirm any duration for delivery" "We are a consolidator company" "We can only relay the information we have- cannot help you" (this is something that a website can also tell, no need to pay agents for this job) So the agents are not there to help, just listen to the customers and do nothing. i wish i can do a none star ,they are terrible worse deliver company i ever deal 4 weeks from California to Florida and the owner said if i get luck shoo be in Florida next week. Stay way.

Delivered shipment with CONCEALED freight damage. Didn't discover until we unwrapped everything. Chairs were crushed, they REFUSED to reimburse for damages. PATHETIC!!

This company stated they attempted 2 times and no one was at the location. I was at the location all three times. When they finally delivered they didn’t even have a dolly on the truck, I had to help unload the truck. When asked why they didn’t deliver, he stated “there was only one car in the parking lot so I assumed no one was there.” The amount of money saved was not worth it.

This company not only failed to deliver our shipment on time, but also had the audacity to say they attempted on three occasions and that there was no one at the location. I was indeed at the location all three times. When they called to deliver they stated they were 20-30 min away. An hour later we they pulled into our parking lot. They also asked if we had a forklift. They didn’t even have a dolly to remove the shipment from the truck. We have had this same exact shipment delivered via UPS with ZERO issues.

They delivered my shipment almost one month later than the regular delivery day. It should be 3/19/21 but they delivered on 4/7/21. Also bad customer services. They giving different information every call.
