Was trying to get me to go immediately when i could only go on Friday or Saturday. Once they sold the truck never followed up to let me know or see if i was interested in something else. They could’ve just let me know to call them back or email them when i was interested in something on their lot.
I was in contact with a "sales manager", spoke through text and voice, she also set an appointment for the time I told her I'd be there. I showed up, aaaand absolutely NOBODY was at the used car building. I walked in and yelled, "HELLO?!" I was a bit angry because it had taken me about 45 minutes to get to this location. But, it's ok, because I found a great dealer and a better buy the day after.
This Awesome Dealership, The Sales Reps Really Go Beyond and Above Just Good Service These People Will Do What Is Humanly Possible For To Ride Away From Their Location. This Is One Dealership That Does not Jack Up The Price, Cause You Want To Pay Cash, As A Matter Of Fact, These People Drop The Price Lower.. Check Out This Dealership, not A waste of time large inventory and two locations.
Completely dishonest place -If you are out of state buyer, don’t even think about trying to contact this dealership and take your business anywhere else!!! I tried every avenue to get in touch and buy a $57K vehicle from them - called them 7 times, and I kept being routed to what it appears to be phone line no one ever answers to, nor returns calls from left voicemails. Bad experience with them. I saw a car I loved, called and a lady picked and I inquired and she told me it was still available only for me to get there from Missouri city to find out that they had sold the car 2 hours ago. I mean how do you do business like that. I will never go there nor recommend anyone to this place. What a shame

Clear Lake dodge had a used Toyota tundra for sale. I called and they said they have it for me to test drive. I live in North Houston and drove all the way down. When I got there they said it wasn’t ready to drive so I had to complain to the manager. After test driving, I offered retail value for the truck. They had a price $3500 over retail. They wouldn’t accept my offer nor did they try to negotiate or sell me anything else. Horrible experience, I would never go there again.
