They lie so much they made me drive 2 and half hrs after I called them 2 times and they offered me a good deal so when I got there the first thing they told me was we just sold that truck but if you really want it you can offer more so I laughed and seconds later the sales man right next to us told the same thing to the people that wanted to buy another car well that one is sold but if you like it we can work something out, and minutes later same thing happened with another sales man on my other side at that time I got up an... read more
Excellent service. Zachary T. helped me decide on a new 2020 Ram 1500 Lone Star Brew Cab 4WD. He provided ALL the information I asked for in a quote. There were no surprises from hidden costs. The only surprise was the truck I chose had less than five miles on it. Seek him out if you decide to buy from the Clear Lake Dodge dealership. Tell him I sent you.
Nice clean cars
When we got to the dealership they told us the car wasn't working and needed extensive repairs. They didn't say this over the phone or via text the week previously. I communicated multiple times with them before I visited. They are completely unprofessional.
It was not a good experience. The price they quoted me did not include all of the add ons. I talked with them over the phone, got close to the price I needed. I then traveled from Shreveport to Houston to see the car. Car was great, but when we started talking price, they said the price they told me was the base price and the full price was about $2000 more. I just left feeling lied to and did not like the experience.
Slow to respond; after they finally did they asked if I’d like to see the vehicle. When I responded that I would I never heard back and only by checking online did I learn that the truck was already sold.
The dealer made initial contact and then ignored multiple attempts from me to ask questions. 400 days on Cargurus apparently isn't enough.
This dealership provided excellent customer service and was accommodating to my schedule since I work over night and sleep during the day. I had a whole day planned to test drive vehicle I was interested in at various dealerships. I ended up purchasing one prior to making it to this dealership and they were understanding. No complaints here.
