Liars... We scheduled an appt with Miranda to see this vehicle. I called her to make sure the vehicle was in the lot and she said yes. I specifically told her I wanted to make sure it was available before I drove 2 hours and 1/2. She said YES it is in the lot.. when I got there she wasn’t there and the vehicle apparently was already sold. It was all a lie to get people go see them. I just waisted my gas and time. This is just bull ****. Do not deserve any stars at all.
They answered my questions in a timely manner and to my satisfaction , I would recommend Clear Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep , they are professionals and their prices are unbeatable

James Britvar was absolutely Amazing! I was on the market for a Dodge Charger scatpack and John Elway Cadillac had the perfect one for me. At first the car was way out of my budget but after explaining that to James, he then worked his magic and got the price of the car down to something I can afford. I flew in from out of state to pick up the car and they covered the cost of my plane ticket. Dealer emailed and text me. I sent 4 emails and 2 text to dealer with my phone no. with zero response. after 3 days I called dealer and talked to sales mgr. told him of the problem he seemed unconcerned. Heard from them again 4 days later needless to say would not do business with this dealership
Great dealership Went in to look at vehicle. Sales man Mr. J. Medellin worked all the numbers to my budget, and I bought the vehicle. Came out driving out a new vehicle that afternoon.
Complete bait and switch. The vehicle I wanted to look at was supposedly sold that morning before I arrived at 2p. Salesman said he was so busy he didn’t know it was gone even though he did have time to contact me to make sure I was coming. Then they try to upsale me on a much higher priced truck.
Very fast response
Van advertised as "Dealer Price" $32,224. I communicated with the Internet representative and asked if they could accept $31,000, and was told that was a reasonable offer, and the sales manager wasn't going to lose a sale over that money. I scheduled an appointment, met with salesperson and was told that price was after manufacturer's discounts that I did not qualify for, but they could let me have the van for $42,000.
