I took my daughter to see Kate and from the minute we arrived she was so friendly, made us feel comfortable and was extremely professional. A quality service and would not hesitate in recommending Kate. From Lou and Mika.
I noticed that l needed the volume on the TV really high to hear ... and no wonder, seeing the huge plug of solid wax that had been blocking my ear. Kate is absolutely brilliant She explained the process really clearly, even down to what noise the little machine made and how it would feel during suction (and she was spot on). l felt very comfortable throughout, especially as she assured me she would stop if l raised my hand for any reason.
