Brilliant company! Tim was so efficient answering my email and coming to give me a quote to clean up the mould after a leak on my shop floor carpet. Contray to other reviews I found Tim very friendly and well mannered, very easy to talk to and deal with. It was difficult conditions to work in with customers not wanting to leave the store but Tim and his team were professional and quick, doing a brilliant job too. I wonder why parkers recommends this cleaning concepts in their end of tenancy terms. Worst person in the world. We booked appointment 2 months in advance. The man who runs this rubbish cleaning company canceled the service in the last minute leaving us with no other option, while we were about to fly back home. Unprofessional and unethical. Caused us huge huge hassle and loss.

Horrible experience. Spent 2 hours cleaning after they had left so that I could get my deposit back. Owner is very aggressive and intimidating especially to women, he only seems to respect men. Overcharged and under delivered but unfortunately couldn’t complain as the owner knows here I live and don’t want backlash. Look elsewhere.
