My cleaner arrived on time, was friendly, and carried out all jobs we discussed prior to the visit. Laura was fab at fitting me in last minute and answered all queries i had before the visit. 100% using again and will recommend to friends and family!
Having been in the army I am very particular, my cleaner comes up to my estimation. She is reliable, always on time and is a kind person. I have been using Cleanhome for some time now and would highly recommend.

I've tried calling, leaving messages and emailing. No response. If this is the level of service I'm glad nobody got back to me!!! Shocking.
Would not recommend this Agency to anyone, had an ultication with Andy the other day ,apparently if your cleaner fails to turn up it's down to the client and not the cleaner to Phone in and report it ,so you have to be inconvenienced twice, rather than them just sending you are temporary cleaner when they know they are off. But apparently all there cleaners are self employed and don't have to call in if they can't work .
