Paid for the top package. Barely wiped down the interior. I should have just done myself. I wish I read the reviews first
Was very happy with work and the service. There was a wait but it was worth it because they took their time with the vacuuming and the wash. The interior was clean, the mats shiny and the wheels clean. There are different levels of service to purchase so that needs to be taken into consideration. The staff made sure I was pleased before I left. Would definitely go back!!
First of all I understand they were super busy yesterday from everybody trying to get salt off of the cars. I get that didn’t mind the wait of over an hour but when my truck finally was clean, no body was around to get it out of the tracks so my truck juts roll off by it self, it came to a stop when it hit the truck in front. Never got an apology from anyone in management I was only ask if I see any damage on my truck, which was none but still the simple fact that they let that happen it was unacceptable. Always taken care of at both locations. Have had both car wash and detail services. I keep coming back........
I got the basic service which was a wash and vacuum. It looked like my car was barely touched.
I paid 54.00 for a detail service I clearly didn’t get I have pics of dust after it was “finished “. This is the second time I have been to this place but I thought I’d try to give the second location a chance. Suffice it to say I won’t be back.
For the money the services is terrible the quality and attention to detail needs to improve. I shouldn't have to ask for a rag to clean my car when it should already be done. Won't be returning to Richmond Rd. location!
They did a great job shampooing and detailing my minivan!
