RecommendedI prefer the Richmond Road location over South Broadway. The monthly wash package is a fantastic deal and saves me a ton of money and time. The Richmond Road location seems to pay more attention to detail. I have found the South Broadway location leaves lent all over the inside windows and outside of the vehicle. All in all it is a great wash and you cannot beat the price. Make sure and ask them about the upgrade to details when you have a monthly package! I visited the Richmond Rd location on Friday and paid $35 for a car wash. Received very poor service. The driver side floor mat was left upside down, antennae left inside the driver side door, dash wasn’t cleaned well, etc. I don’t plan on returning.
I use to love this car wash but after my last trip at the S Broadway location, it will remain my last. I paid $26 and they didn’t even vacuum my front seats/console out. I still have fuzz on the inside windshield from a horrible window cleaning. I contacted the business and never received a reply. Bad customer service!
I’m at Clean Sweep at least twice a week and Karen is always friendly.

Consistently good quality job, I've been going for several years and rarely have had to ask for a touch up or missed spot. Nobody's perfect, but they always satisfy me. Karen is always a high spot in my day - she greets you with a smile and really seems to care about your satisfaction. I have the monthly service and it's a great deal for me. Highly recommended😊
There are plenty of places in Lexington that will do an "OK" job, but Clean Sweep goes steps beyond. Patrick (the manager at the Broadway location) was very helpful and really looks out for his customers. If you want it done right the first time, this is the place!
I’ve been coming to clean sweep for the past year. Best car wash I’ve ever been to. Car always looks great and great customer service. A couple of employees that set the bar high on customer service is Karen who works at the vacuum station. She always remembers me and has a smile on her face. And a guy named Brandon, I believe he’s the manager of the detail bay. He always takes time out to walk over and ask how I’m doing.
