HORRIBLE experience! When I arrived I was told 1hour. I waited 3 1/2 hours and my truck was still nasty. I paid for the Interior Super Clean. I will never be back and will not refer anyone else to their services.
Guys, I'm super disappointed. Just left your Richmond road store (Friday Nov 4, 3:30pm). I'd really like my money back. Your interior cleaning does not hold up AT ALL compared to Mr. Sparkle right down the street. Of note, Mr Sparkle is way cheaper and those guys are all super nice. Your guys only pointed. Jeeze. Not happy, will not be back and I am also a huge blabber mouth.
Paid 24.00 for a car wash and interior vaccum. Car was still dirty on the outside and inside. I used to be pleased with service, but very disappointed after tuesdays visit.
Absolutely horrible paid $172 for them to have my Cadillac three hours only to go pick it up and it had wax still on it and mud in the tire wells dirt and bugs still in the car and the manager acted like he had know idea why I was upset they did give me back my money but the point is the time and my car is covered in wax do not even waste your time
Went today to get my car detailed and it looks great! I will be back!
Visited today (9/7/2016) at lunch. Paid $30 for the full clean inside and out. After getting back to work I noticed they hadn't finished wiping down the dash so I had to. Got out of car and noticed spots everywhere, including soap spots. Picked up son after work and helped load his bag in the backseat. Then noticed they hadn't wiped the inside plastic runner boards down either. Can't say I'll be going back.
I've been taking my van to clean sweep for 12 years. The van is used to cart kids, soccer teams, dogs, and whatever project I'm working on for the house. I've always been very pleased with the job they do and love to shop in the gift shop while I wait.
Please don't go there for your car cleaning: I took my car to wash the interior portion spending $129. I had my kids with me on that day so I put a car seat on my car. The clearer didn't pull out the car seat and left the underneath uncleaned. When I noticed this after a month and talked with the manager, he denied cleaning that portion. I had not asked him to redo all the work, but I just asked him to clean that left portion. He denied. Very shame on your customer service and business. Hey!!
