Just left after encountering Adam as you pull in. Terrible attitude and overall a bully. I wouldn’t want my mother or grandmother to encounter such terrible service from an employee. Heading to Jeff’s car wash.
I left a gallon size bag of loose change in a door pocket. )I know I should have removed it.). The bag of change was TAKEN from my car, the dashboard was not even dusted or wiped at all, the driver's side floor mat was cleaned but then thrown in upside down. I talked to the manager to no avail. I paid $27 plus a $5 tip to have my small SUV cleaned. They offered NOTHING as any sort of apology -- no redo, no refund, didn't even get my tip back. Very poor customer relations!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
Had my sons car cleaned as a surprise for Christmas and they did a horrible job! It was 34.00 and when I got in there was still mud on the floor and everything that had been wiped was with a dirty towel and streaked. I very nicely asked for it to be cleaned again on the In side and was told that if I wanted it cleaned better it would be 20.00 more. Won’t be back EVER!
After being charged $2.00 extra for an oversized vehicle (it's a Prius!) I was told it's because it's a hatchback. Then it was not even vacuumed in the back. Go to another car wash. Customer service is not on their menu.
$29 for the Superworks interior clean and it DOESNT include your seats?? But you can pay $15 more dollars for them to wipe your seats down. Give me a break. They don’t do that at Jeff’s car wash. Everyone leaves with a squeaky clean interior.

I paid $25 for this horrible wash and alleged “vacuum”. I ended up wiping my wheels off myself because they were still dirty. I asked to see a towel and about 5 workers stood there watching me wipe my wheels off instead of offering to help me since they did a half ass job in the first place. Don’t waste your money with this place!!
Crappy interior clean for $29. Crumbs on the seat, trash in cup holder, dirt on door. Very disappointed �
I was in there June 30, 2018, in a handicapped vehicle that had to be hand washed. They didn’t clean my wheels, I had spots all over my car so bad I had to take to another car wash to have done over. The inside wasn’t done either and needless to say after $70 and such despicable service, I won’t go back!!!
