I've been coming to clean sweep for over 3 years, but the past few times I've been extremely disappointed with their service. I don't understand the point of paying almost $30.00 for basic interior and exterior to just do it all over again myself. Also the employees are rude when asked to correct something not done properly.
Paid for exterior wash and rims to be cleaned! They cleaned only 3 of the 4
They "lost" my floor mats. Told me the manager was too busy to see me and he'd call me later in the day. I was told he would take a claim form from me to replace them.TWO DAYS LATER when I finally got him on the phone he claimed I never had floor mats. What a joke! No offer to try anything to make me right. Don't bother going to this location. They care more about their gift shop then they do your car or your business!!
Not a good experience. Thought I would take my 3 month old truck in for a good cleaning. Hand wash, they said over the phone, 44+, vehicle size, etc. Got there, said their track was broken, their 44+ hand wash was offered for $22.00. Ok, I said go ahead, no need to clean interior I had already done that. Very poor washing, bugs still all over windshield, miirors and front of truck, dirt still on tires and splashguards, spots of dirt still on truck, dried with lint all over truck. after everything my car was clean but they threw out my rx glasses, a bottle of touch up paint and god knows what else. last time i went they forgot to put my mats back in my car. I also noticed an employee with some kind of white powder on his nose. Never going back, its not worth it, they never answer their phone or emails.
For $26 + an extra $5 for the hot wax treatment (probably not worth it ) and the amount of time it took, they did a pretty poor job of vacuuming the interior. The dash still has dust on it. Cup holders are not wiped out. Overall a subpar job. I won't be going back.
I don't usually leave negative reviews, but would strongly recommend avoiding this business. Today's experience (my first & only) was a tremendous disappointment. We waited more than 2 hours this afternoon for my vehicle to be washed & lightly detailed (vacuumed out, dash & windows wiped). My car was ready but no one bothered to let us know or give me the keys until the place was closing -- we waited in the waiting area on site the entire time. Very disappointed with my experience at clean sweep. It was our first time visiting and we wish we had not. We purchased the full service and wax and for some reason the employee that removed and vacuumed our floor mats must have bene having a bad day because the floor mats can be removed by simply snapping in and out of place. He must have not noticed this and yanked the floor mat out because the piece that makes it possible to attach to the floor board was ripped out of the floor mat and now it cannot be reattached. Terrible. Never again. Will happily drive across town to Jeffs Carwash next time. $26, streaky windows, no tire shine! Dirty dash board. I shouldn't have strayed away from Jeffs, never again.
