They’re not open when their posted hours say their open quite often..
Brandon and Eric went above and beyond to help me out with my 2016 F150. The truck was covered in grit and felt like fine sandpaper all over. They restored it to it's brand new silky smooth shine. Took my horrible situation and made everything great again. Couldn't be happier with how they went out of their way to provide above and beyond customer service! Thank you fellas!
Not a member of BBB....Awful service . Called for a refund taking t ooo much money from my account.....I called for a refund she told me what to bring as proof of money taken and would be happy to refund...however when I got there....She said We never give refunds.....��
When pulling up to the car wash and there are 4 cars in front of you one would expect that it should not take very long to get your car vacuumed and washed and be on your way. Well least to say an hour later I finally got my car back. Was it clean? All the windows were streaked and there was still dirt in the back. I mean really, An hour and you still cannot get it right. They stand by there services if your not happy then they go above and behind to make you happy been using them for years I drive 3 hours one way to use there services
Just paid $19 for a car wash then came home and vacuumed it out ... LOUSY, LOUSY JOB!!! i WON'T BE BACK THERE!
I was in a hurry, so i chose to vacuum myself and just got the $8 car wash. I drive a Chevrolet Equinox and the back end did not get touched. My car gets washed better at a $3 car wash back home. Very disappointed and definitely not worth $8.
Asked for the Wheel Express and specifically asked the gentleman at the vacuum station to vacuum the back of my van. He assured me he would. When my car was ready, the floor mats were thrown in the back seat, the door jams and sills were filthy and the back was not vacuumed. I paid $27 for a car wash and it was awful.
