Atrocious service, trying to increase their charges by 300% despite not doing the work originally agreed to. Rude and dismissive when explanations asked for. Further edit to clarify their reply: They agreed a fee in 2015 with a seller, and I agreed as the buyer to pay those legal fees (it was concerning a freehold purchase). The fee was a full service including the issuing of contract papers. It has taken them until this year (2024) to be able to get to the point of actually issuing contract papers, yet they are now holding ... read more
