Widespread theft of bikes and post, management had a pattern of communicating to residents in a condescending and unpleasant way. Some staff at the neighbouring Kemp Porter building were also unhelpful and had a strange attitude. Some highly questionable but failed attempts to charge unexpected fees when leaving. On a positive note, I'd like to say thanks to Glen on security, he was a top bloke! Very helpful.
