6 year old mobile home full of mold, rioting floors with no water leak!

Regarding your complaints, during our inspection of items on 10/9/18, we found that the customer has cut the bottom board at some point in time which had caused the trunk line to be exposed to the hot humid air. This exposure had caused an excessive amount of sweating at the trunk line and allows moisture to migrate inside the house. The customer also ran two window air conditioner units. Mobile homes are junk. Especially this one. There is no wood behind the siding so the siding is so wavy and crooked its not even funny. Plumbing falls apart and has rotted the sheetrock away. Batten strips are not nailed to anything so they're falling right off. The only good thing about this dump is that its not in our name so we can let them repo the turd anyday and get the heck away from Vanderbilt mortgage. If anyone is looking to buy a manufactured home do not go to Clayton in Conroe! We have been fighting with them for over 18 months now to get things fixed. Before our 12 month warranty was up I made sure that they had a list of everything that we were still waiting on listed. I knew they had a new service manager and wanted to make sure that she knew everything. Contacted corporate finally got the smoke detector fixed after 18 months! Just received a phone call. This is an absolute pitiful company. We purchased a new home from them in February. The front storm door was damaged on the lot and we purchased the lot model with a promise that the front door would be fixed by the time we moved in. It has been nearly 4 months and we continue to get the run around. Once i signed on that dotted line, the friendly put on went out the window.
