I bought some gorgeous terracotta bathroom floor tiles online and I had questions so I contacted the Oxfordshire showroom and spoke to Trudy. She was extremely helpful and her and the team very knowledgeable about their products, they suitability and how to care for them. I explained what I was trying to achieve and they recommended a different product which is stunning and really well suited for my needs. I will certainly be going back when I have my next renovation project. Their customer service is exceptional! Thank you!
We have bought quite a few tiles for various rooms from claybrook and the experience has always been superb. The quality and value is excellent, and when there have been issues (often of our making!) they have resolved them swiftly and with care, and warmth. Popped into Claybrook as I was working nearby. I'm in the middle of renovating our new home. Getting a proper look and feel of their tiles was invaluable in these days of online shopping. What a gorgeous environment too 😊. Staff were friendly, bright and knowledgeable about their products and "what goes with what" if you know what I mean. Needless to say I've since ordered tiles, adhesive and grout from Claybrook and expecting delivery any day. Thank you.
