We purchased the Fellini Crema Matt tiles from Claybrook after seeing images on Pinterest. They arrived promptly and were easy to apply. They look great in our new kitchen and have been admired by all of our visitors. Thank you so much Claybrook. Would highly recommend.

Sarah is just SUPERB! We visited the showroom in Banbury yesterday. They have a vast selection of tiles and other bathroom fittings. We were assisted by Sarah who was absolutely amazing! She gave us all the time we needed and couldn’t help enough with samples/suggestions and helping us put styles together. She deserves a shout out - she’s a credit to your business! This is the first place we’ve been where we left feeling like we’d actually made progress with choosing our tiles, so thank you so much!
We sent tiles back for a refund delivered back to Claybrook on the 28th and 30th April and still have not received a refund. We gave prior notice and completed returns forms. Proof of costly return delivery sent. Customer service were sporadic in their response and had to be chased before failing to respond further. Will now have to pursue a chargeback through our bank.
