The women who work at this establishment are lovely. However, James, one of the senior negotiators is abrasive, he walked into our house without knocking, making his way in before announcing himself, then blaming the tennants for not understanding his lack of communication. He had not sent any emails or communication in regards to this viewing. This then meant we were not comfortable in our house, not knowing when he would show up and if he would just make his way in.

What a great Estate Agent and all made easier with the help of sale facilitator Millie Bowley . Millie gave weekly or daily updates - depending on what was necessary — and held my hand through the sale of my old house and the purchase of my forever home in Essex Street which was marketed by Claxton Bird. Claxton Bird staff all attentive and totally efficient . Really could not fault them . Thank you to the entire team for making what was at times , a very trying process into a happy conclusion .
