Lisa and James were super helpful throughout our purchase. We viewed a number of properties with James, who was very polite and knowledgeable about the properties and the area. I think the quality of the properties they had listed says a lot about the firm. Lisa was very polite and professional throughout negotiations and really helped keep the purchase moving forward. All around a great company. Hopefully we won't need to sell anytime soon, but if we do ClaxtonBird would be top of our list for estate agents.
Had a great experience selling our house with Claxton Bird. After having issues with other bigger agents and finding them not listening to our needs and being pushy, Claxton were a welcome relief!
