The staff at the pain management center are simply amazing Dr Harris and his nurse practitioner do everything they can to give their patients the very best outcome they can when it comes to a person with chronic pain ...they have an amazing bed side manner and will actually listen to their patients without judgment... The nurses and receptionists are friendly and willing to work w you to make sure that you are scheduled for appointments that best work for you... I had surgery yesterday. I was in an out. Minimal pain, and all my needs were met! Don't get me wrong, I've had some not so good experiences , but it's been awhile. I'm glad to say I'm part of the staff at chmc 🙂
My husband has been at Claxton Hepburn Hospital for hernia surgery and a colonoscopy in the last three months. We really can't say enough positive things about the nurses, doctors, anesthesiologist, etc.... We've had a wonderful experience. Everyone is very friendly, great sense of humor, informative, knowledgeable, and more than willing to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend the doctors, nurses and staff at Claxton Hepburn Hospital. We are so lucky to have such a facility here in Ogdensburg!
I had kind helpful nurses and DR. Michael Oakley was very informative and kind! Overall was a pleasant experience!
Was at the Pain Clinic. Friendly staff with a service dog. I had a knee injection. Less pain today than yesterday.
