I took my son to the ER because he hurt his ankle. I was very unimpressed at the cleanliness. I would not ring the bell for service because it looked like it had dried blood on it. The triage nurse, Joleen, who was very busy when we were there definitely went out of her way to make sure we were in and out, she was very sweet! Wendy in X-ray was great! Recommendedboth my 4 year old daughter and myself had our tonsils removed. LOVED the staff. they where so great with my child who has sensory processing disorder. very thorough, friendly, overall it was a pleasant experience. would recommend this facility to anyone. thanks to all the staff for their bedside manner and for making us feel comfortable and safe in your care
Went to er they did nothing for me. So i qent to canton potsdam er they were great they got me sll fixed up. I will go to canton potsdam before i go to chmc it a death trap at chmc
Do NOT use these facilities. This was the worst customer service I have every received. After being told my insurance would cover my visit for getting a fishhook removed I received $644 bill. I went around and around for two months with them. No one EVER calls you back. Final after two month they told the it was not cover and I would have to pay $450. For a fishhook removal, that is insane! I would go to any other facility before using their service! Simply the worst!
Filthy ER. Then after an hour after a procedure I had to ask if my family members IV should be hooked back up, ‘Oh yeh!’ Duh- I said good thing I was here or it wouldn’t have gotten done and considering she can’t feed herself at all and is NPO this is her only source of nutrition! Just a gross place and because she need dialysis we are limited to where she can go locally.
We had a great experience here today. My son had his tonsils out, and the entire staff was fabulous. Jack is still talking about our nurse, Leslie. � Very thankful for her!
