Seems like every time a member of my family needs treatment here, the staff is unfriendly, incompetent, and over all uncaring. Unfortunately it's the closest hospital so in times of emergency there is no other choice but I absolutely dread coming here.
My 3 year old daughter has been here twice to have procedures done. The first time was last year for tubes to be or into her ears and this past time was for tonsil and adenoid removal. We absolutely LOVE Dr. Schaefer and he is the doctor who has done both of my daughters procedures. This time when we got there we saw a female anesthesiologist who had accent.
