When I had heart problems, they took me in and had me hooked up to an IV, heart monitor, took an EKG, and X-ray withing 5-10 minutes. Before them, I went to Canton Potsdam Hospital and it took an hour for me to get it, half an hour before a nurse came on to hook me up to a heart monitor, and didn't see anyone for another 45 minutes. My mother unhooked me from the monitor and no one knew or paid any attention. We left and went straight to Claxton-Hepburn. They really took awesome care of me. Thank you!
