I had a conversation with Eric (owner) was very nice when he came to quote for the job of fitting new pump and filter for my koi pond. since he is local, I accepted the quote and he confirmed he can do the work on a particular day. But since then, he has ignored all my message enquiring about the schedule and stopped responding, claiming he is busy with other work.
