Service Advisor We have been customers of Classic Honda since 2002. We have always received exceptional customer service, both in sales and service. Our current service team - Durbin as the Service Manager and Maribel Franco as our service advisor are 2nd to none. We would never buy anywhere else or have our vehicles serviced anywhere else. Maribel Franco is both professional and personable and we are extremely happy with her. Maribel is world class in her service.
Dave is the best!!! Dave is awesome!! After my transmission went out the day before my out of state move, he was so helpful and so nice! He got the new one in the very next day and I was only delayed the one day. He made what was a bad situation into a very pleasant one. I have been a Classic Honda custmer for 9 years and have NEVER had a problem with any service I've had on my car, which this was this first major repair I've had. Great customer service and integrity I always come to Classic Honda dealership for my car service needs. I made the mistake of taking my car to the Courtesy Honda dealership in Sanford and not only were the people rude, but i was over charged for a simple oil change.
EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! I have my Honda Accord serviced by Classic Honda on Colonial Drive in Orlando. I have a Honda dealer that is much closer to my home, but because of the service I receive @ Classic Honda I refuse to go anywhere else. When I bring my car in I always see Dave Manieram. He is a fantastic Service mgr, is extremely helpful and really knows it means to put customers first. I would definately recommend Classic Honda to anyone I know.
