I've used Classic Collision many years. I got my car back today and this was the best experience yet. The customer service provided was excellent. They are quick to respond, polite and helpful. I took delivery of my car on Wed. before Thanksgiving - a warning light came on to turn the engine off when driving it on Thanksgiving Day. I called on Fri. morning - within 5 minutes of hanging up the, I got calls from Enterprise car rental from someone to come and pick me up to get me back in a rental car and from the towing company... read more
We are very happy with the appearance of the repairs and the condition of the car. In fact, our 2009 Acura TSX looks almost brand new again. The finishing touches of buffing and cleaning the vehicle add to the excellence of your repair services. Although we hope not to need damage repairs again soon, we will highly recommend your company to others.
This is the second time we have used Classic Collision....the first time resulted in the other insurance company appraiser finding our Lexus was totaled......not something we were prepared for as both the tow truck driver and your service advisor felt the car was repairable. I have unfortunately hit a deer more than once. I was lucky enough to pick AMM Collision for my truck repairs. AMM Collision always kept me up to date on progress & made an unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible. I would recommend them to anyone that needed vehicle repairs! They are so wonderful. They were extremely quick with the job. Office staff were well dressed, professional, helpful and efficient. They even cleaned and detailed my car while they had it. I cannot sing their praises any higher. Just amazing service.
I definitely give them a five star. My estimator was extremely helpful. I will be using them again when needed.
The girl who served us had the best personality I have seen in a long time. She was very attentive sometimes it’s the people who keep you coming back.
