The facts are: 1) Took longer than the GEICO Adjustor's estimate, which was not a concern to me since I had rental car coverage, but it may be if you do not, 2) They could not get the black plastic atop the cheap replacement bumper to stay down, 3) Did not reseal my camper top properly and it leaks, 4) Did not really know what their shop employees had done/not done regarding my camper top resealing, and 5) Even though I wrote them a postal letter about the above non-repairs and used their E-mail address, they demanded in CAP... read more
Their customer service is horrible. Do not send them money or do business with them without checking them out first. They promise you everything but only care about the money, botching the job & losing your personal belongings. Brutal customer service!
Beware!! Owners have changed and the new crew is not customer friendly or worried about quality. Jimmy's Paint and Body used to be well respected as a quality, customer friendly body shop. The times have changed ever since the new ownership took place. I have used them once since then and tried to use another time. First, they cater to insurance companies and not the vehicle owner. I only use Shamrock for all my auto needs, whether it be body work, oil change, it don't matter. Mike Reilly is good people - and will treat you right. I have been reading complaints from people who say that their cars are not ready when promised, but sometimes shit happens and it delays the process - but your final outcome will be beautiful. Go to the pub and get a few beers and relax.

My 2008 BMW M5 was delivered for front end damage repair in August, the repair to take about two weeks. It has now been 100 days and the repair is not complete, leaving me little choice but to go get the car and get the job finished. The repairs were paid by insurance so that isn't an issue and there has been nothing but a continual stream of excuses. Completely helpless feeling compounded by the ridiculous excuses. The best excuse- "I'm not going to charge you for STORING your vehicle". Ouch.
They went above and beyond to repair my vehicle. It was ready when promised and their work was fantastic. When I picked my vehicle up I was told that all their work was guaranteed!
All around excellence! Great service, great work, and could not have been more affordable. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat!
I got t-boned in my 2017 Lexus LS 460. They did an amazing job on my vehicle. Getting into an accident is stressful enough, but the entire staff was courteous and helpful throughout the repair process. I would recommend them to anyone!
