Just a little bit of communication would go a LONG way. Every time I contact these folks, I keep getting told a different date on when my car will be done. A month turns into 2 months. These false promises and timelines. My accident happened Sept. 20th. I turned my car in around the beginning of October. It is now January 12, 2022 and I just got my car back on January 11th. This is the second time we have used Classic Collision....the first time resulted in the other insurance company appraiser finding our Lexus was totaled......not something we were prepared for as both the tow truck driver and your service advisor felt the car was repairable. The server was really awesome and the food was as my kid says Yummy!! I will c be coming back here for another great time with friends and good food.
I definitely give them a five star. My estimator was extremely helpful. I will be using them again when needed.
The girl who served us had the best personality I have seen in a long time. She was very attentive sometimes it’s the people who keep you coming back.
They worked with me through the process of getting my car fixed. They was professional and extremely helpful through the whole process. They communicated with me every step of the way and I could not have asked for better service. I will be referring people to Classic Collision and using it in the future should I need to. Thank you!
Repairs were done right and in a timely fashion. Charlie was great as well.
