Your Doctors and staff are always professional, prompt, accommodating and friendly. You have a wonderful office and I love getting all the reminders for my upcoming appointments.
I would like to say the service with Classic Collision was EXCELLENT. This outstanding service began the first day I spoke to them. Their attitude was polite and his concern was to make sure I understood how the process works before working on my car. They explained everything to me when I bought the car in for an estimate and everything will be taken care of. They had contacted Enterprise (which is the rental company I chose) and the driver and car was there to pick me up when I dropped my car off for repairs.
I've done business here before for this very reason - excellent customer service. Will be back if the need arises.
They did an excellent job, special thanks to them, and I've since sent a couple friends, and now my niece, to the Classic Collision.
It was a pleasure dealing with you during my recent accident. The customer service was 10 plus and the repairs to my car were above and beyond what was expected. My 7 year old car looks almost new! Thx to everyone there.

The people at Classic Collision were very helpful throughout the entire repair process. Grant kept us informed about the progress of the repairs and any delays. The repairs were top notch from the body work to the paint to the cleanliness of the car when we picked it up. While the whole accident/insurance/repair process was not enjoyable the people at Classic Collision made a stressful situation much more tolerable. We would certainly recommend them to others and go back if we should ever need other repair work.
