I was refered to this body shop by my insurance company who guarantee the quality of their work. My vehicle had relatively minor front and back end damage. 5/17/17 Bad customer service, I gave it a star in order to make a review but I can't comprehend why procare collision have Mr. Herman working for them. He told my insurance carrier that my windshield damage was not caused by my current collision, without even seen the vehicle prior. I was hit on the passanger side where the tire is, which shifted my front towards the right which in turn cracked my windshield. I've had a lot of automobile body repair done over the years at a few different body shops in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area and the one body shop that stands out above all the rest is America's Best Certified Auto Body. I had gotten into a pretty bad accident with one of my vehicles and needed major body work done on my vehicle. Someone recommended Classic Collision to me and I am so happy I listened. I had my car dropped off there and had it back in a little over a week and the accident caused alot of damage. They contacted me kept me updated on the status of my car. I had a really great experience with them. They made a real stressful experience an easy one
The gentleman that I personally dealt with was very helpful and very responsive and always kept me informed on updates. I picked up my repaired vehicle today and it's looks as good as new. I will definitely recommend anyone needed this type of repair to use Classic Collision.
