It was great to come "home" when I returned to Classic Collision I had an initial experience with the entire staff after an accident with unforeseen road debris which had severely damaged my car. They were excellent in handling that entire process .This time I returned and was warmly greeted this morning by everyone. "As usual, this time they were so polite and helpful. They called me with updates to the status of my repairs. Amazingly he expedited the repairs so that my car was ready to be picked up a day earlier than estimated, saving me another day of expensive rental car charges. On my first repair, they had forgotten to fix a very minor area of scratches. My husband had just died so I told him I'd bring it back some other time. I would like to say the service with Classic Collision was EXCELLENT. This outstanding service began the first day I spoke to them. Their attitude was polite and his concern was to make sure I understood how the process work before working on my car. They explained everything to me when I bought the car in for an estimate and everything will be taken care of. They had contacted Enterprise (which is the rental company I chose) and the driver and car was there to pick me up when I dropped my car off for repairs.
Polite professional a well-run organization. I would not take my car abywhere else I feel that they are very polite and they treat me like a lady.
