Great job, fast competent and very friendly. I went for a very affordable option as my budget is not high but I am delighted with the carpet and the workmanship. Dave was super helpful and friendly from the first moment I came into your shop, very accommodating of all my requests and he and his assistant worked at an amazing pace on the fitting days.
My whole experience with Classic carpets was 5***** 100% from coming around at the start of 2024 with quotes that ticked all my boxes. 2 Bedrooms at beginning of May 2024 then Lounge and Hall end of May 2024. Service 100% they moved heavy furniture, cut some off the doors, and cleaned behind them. Friendly Service from the staff in the shop to fitters David and Richard. After our regular carpet fitter moved away, we were recommended Classic Carpets by a family friend. David at Classic Carpets offered helpful advice and gave a competitive quote. He confirmed he was able to remove and trim a door if needed after fitting the carpet, unlike another company who said they would send someone up before or after the job to trim the door at an extra cost!!
