I wouldn’t trust them again. Initially they were very responsive but after our deposit was paid whenever we had problems it was extremely difficult to get hold of them. Lots of “we’ll call you back” but that rarely happened. Lots of unanswered e-mails. Terrible advice about how to deal with the Council resulted in a failed planning application. They seemed to thrive on conflict with the Council. They refused to even discuss returning any of our deposit even though no physical work had taken place.

Lovely people to deal with. I was recommended them by another Joiner I work with. I have their windows in my own conversion and I am pleased with the quality and the sizes were all accurate and to my specification.

The guys from Class have just left after fitting new sealed units with internal blinds into my patio doors. They came when they said they would, no mess, no fuss and completed in about an hour after cleaning up behind themselves. Highly delighted with the end result and a very reasonable price.
