Went straight to reception without a booking as needed a van in short notice. I was immediately greeted with delightful staff who couldn't have been more helpful. They gave me a brand new spotless van immediately with a very smooth and quick registration, no hassle whatsoever unlike every other experience I have had with major rental companies. I have hired from Clarkson before, but having moved out of the Baillieston area decided to try hiring from companies local to me. Out of the three companies I contacted, the first had no availability, the second were unhelpful and expensive and the third never got back to me via an online enquiry. I then thought it would be better to travel a little distance and go back to Clatkson. This proved to be a good decision, with friendly staff, good rates and an excellent vehicle, the whole process was smooth and effortless.
